Here is how you can get at the NGI bits.

You can access our Subversion archive at ngi.googlecode.com and access the NGI sourcecode in its current state. 

We thank the fine people at Google for providing free hosting for our sourcecode repository.

Google code provides a browser interface to the repository, but you can and should use proper tools to access the repository.
